A is for Advance with caution

The best advice I received this year, which snapped me out of a funk so major, it lasted a few months, is that fearlessness is not the goal.

Fear is what helps us gage how risky something is, otherwise we’d just jump in with no meter for danger.

The goal is to learn to work alongside the fear.

The fear is your partner.
